Not bragging BUT... listing to settlement was 3 weeks and above asking price. She couldn't have been more helpful in assistance with paperwork and my lack of computer skills. The first incredible thing I noticed about Lynsey during our initial one-on-one encounter was her wealth of knowledge and experience. Then her sense of urgency kicked in as soon as I explained to her how fast we wanted the house to sell. She looked around the house, figured out what needed to be done and we set a time frame. Her constant reminders and prompt responsiveness drove the whole process and within a few days the property was listed! Lynsey is a perfectionist in a positive way. She made sure that the house was staged to perfection at no extra cost to me! She brought in contractors she knew to do the necessary touch-ups. And I don't know how she did it, but potential buyers were bugging us to view the property even before it was listed. To cut the story short, the house sold the same week it was listed. I would recommend Lynsey to anyone who values quality service, experience, diligence and sense of urgency.
