Lynsey was terrific. We switched to her after 3 months with another Realtor. She offered several suggestions on our home and we made the changes. Lynsey was very helpful and easy to work with and sold the house in a month. We wanted to accept the initial house offer but Lynsey convinced us to "let her do her job" and she got a higher price.. She had more viewings in one month than our first realtor in 3 months. I would highly recommend her.

I could not recommend Lynsey more. We were first time home buyers and came across quite a few not normal and very difficult situations and she was key to helping us understand and make the best decisions for ourselves. She was very good at offering her professional opinion but giving us the space to make our own informed decision with her guidance.She made herself available for us whenever we needed her and answered endless questions we had sometimes over and over again and she was beyond patient with us.
